Accounting:

The Accounting module automates various processes, such as creating accounting entries, calculation of depreciation of assets, receivables from customers' sales payments against the sales invoices and payable to suppliers against the purchase orders their purchase, and finalization of accounts.

The module provides a wide range of operational reports and financial statements and allows tracking of every accounting transaction. This facilitates the analysis of financial results and making a management decision.

This module contains six (6) sub-modules. They are:


  1. Account Settings
  2. Chart of Accounts
  3. Bank Accounts
  4. Invoices
  5. Payments
  6. Reports
