Asset Maintenance Invoices:

Asset Maintenance Invoices Creation :

    • It is used to create new Asset Maintenance Invoices with the following sections as shown in the screenshot.
    • Asset Maintenance Invoices can be created only if maintenance is registered to a particular asset in the Asset Management module.
    • When the asset is selected in the Asset Maintenance Invoices creation, the sections get auto-populated which can be adjusted.

It displays the list of created Asset Maintenance Invoices.


Edit Asset Maintenance Invoice Details:

  1. In the Action section, click the Edit(Pencil Icon) option for editing the details of individual Asset Maintenance Invoice details.
  2. Make your changes, then click Submit.
