VMS:

By increasing amount of information, Visitor Management System (VMS) can record the usage of the facilities by specific visitors. Visitor management is the process that helps an organization keep track of the people that visit their location. For some organizations, simply collecting the visitor’s name is sufficient, but others have higher security requirements like badges, legal documents, employee escorts, and more.

In the HRM menu, click VMS. The VMS dashboard consists of two(2) tabs.  

  1. Visitors
  2. Visitor Category
