Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a business strategy intended for the management of the company’s relationship with external organizations. CRM Module will help employees to quickly deal with everyday challenges with the customers. With CRM, you can organize, automate, and analyze all business processes related to contacts, covert contact into customers, schedule calls/ meetings and send the details, sending bulk emails to all contacts, only leads, and only clients.


  1. Module Scope:
  • The scope of this module is to track the customers’ status.
  • This module is useful for you to create contacts and communicate.
  • This CRM module will include features such as email, schedule a call, send bulk email to contacts.
  1. Workflow:

When you click on the CRM tab in the menu you will get the CRM Dashboard. The below screenshot shows the CRM dashboard.
